13.Frank Gore SF vs. Sea
14.*Trent Richardson CLE at Ind
Note: Suffered a flank injury against the Bengals that has been reclassified (maybe dumbed down so that laymen like myself can understand it?) as a right rib cartilage injury. He's considered day-to-day. Watch his practice reports carefully - he's a top-10 back this week if it looks like he'll get a full load. 32.*Jonathan Dwyer PIT at Cin
Note: Inactive the last two games, but probably plays this week with both Mendenhall and Redman banged up. *** Both Mendenhall and Redman are out. I'm not quite sure how to handicap Dwyer vs. Batch - I'm hearing Dwyer may start, but they've trusted Batch more recently.***
33.*Baron Batch PIT at Cin
Note: Could end up being the Steelers' starter with both Mendenhall and Redman missing practices Wednesday and Thursday. *** Both Mendenhall and Redman are out. ***
34.*David Wilson NYG vs. Was

Note: Suffered an Achilles' tendon injury last week against the Titans, listed initially as questionable, though considered to have a 'good shot' at playing. Sat out practice both Wednesday and Thursday, as did Isaac Redman. One source suggests that Mendenhall has a better chance of playing than Redman. Friday's practice will be key. *** Both Mendenhall and Redman are out. ***

Defenses

1.Chicago Bears vs. Det
2.San Francisco 49ers vs. Sea
3.Minnesota Vikings vs. Ari
4.*Houston Texans vs. Bal
Note: Sunday night was their first full game without Brian Cushing, and that could be a pretty big deal. Also, Johnathan Joseph has a sore groin and even sorer ego after getting toasted by Jordy Nelson.
5.Seattle Seahawks at SF
6.*Green Bay Packers at StL
Note: B.J. Raji (ankle) was pretty close to playing last week. Amazing the Packers did what they did against Houston without him.
7.Oakland Raiders vs. Jac
Note: My sneaky streaming option for this week.
8.*New England Patriots vs. NYJ
Note: Patrick Chung once again is dealing with a shoulder injury.
9.Arizona Cardinals at Min
10.*Dallas Cowboys at Car
Note: They might lose Morris Claiborne (knee) this week.

Note: Kenny Phillips is getting closer to returning. In bigger news, the Giants rediscovered their pass rush against the Niners.
